Dear Mr. Goyal,

Please accept my hearty congratulations on your appointment as Executive Director of MTNL (Mumbai).

It was my privilege to make a presentation to you (JAM – Job Alert Mobile) in Delhi, on October 16.

Since then, I am in regular touch with Mr. Rastogi / Mr. Gupta / Ms. Chandra re : early launch of JAM Free Trial on MTNL (Delhi) network. Somehow, it is taking time. In the meantime, I expect Free Trial to get launched on Airtel’s Maharashtra network, before end of this week.

While I am vigorously pursuing the launch on MTNL-Delhi network, I earnestly request you to consider a parallel (-may be even earlier ?) launch of JAM on MTNL’s Mumbai network. Given serious interest, this is possible within 2 days of your giving the green signal!
