Dear Friend
Image Builder: Corporate Recruiter’s only choice
Were you
thrilled – and a bit intrigued – when you converted your plain text email
resume to
Image Builder
On World-Wide-Jobs ?
Intrigued by
your functional Exposure profile ?
Of course,
you have guessed right.
While
constructing your profile, our Artificial Intelligence (AI) software mimic-ed
the brain of a HR Manager, as he would come across various keywords in your
resume and the context in which these keywords
were used.
But why
guess ?
You can
prove this.
Update your
text resume with some more “Keywords” which reflect your SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERTISE much more
comprehensively.
Then come
back and repost your updated resume on World-Wide-Jobs and click “Convert To Image Builder”.
Voila !
A brand new
profile with a different “Raw Score” and a higher “Percentile” !
But that is
not the reason I write to you today.
While going
through hundreds of Image Builders, I found that,
Ø
Some
fields/values are incorrect or missing ( especially in the “Experience” section
) eg : Left ( m/y_________ / salary etc.
Ø
Monthly
Salaries are mentioned ( instead of Annual )
Ø
Only 2/3
recent jobs are mentioned ( instead of covering entire career starting with
current/last job and going backward to the very first job). This means total
exp. ( years) does not add-up to the actual figure.
Ø
Job
durations are not listed in proper ( reverse) chronological sequence.
This could
cause serious mis-representation when “salary-graph” gets plotted.
Ø
“Name of
Employer” is mentioned “Private”
I strongly urge that you revisit WWJ and thoroughly edit and validate –
your ImageBuilder, as soon as possible.
Please
remember that, when you click “Apply
Online” against any job-alert, not only
your text resume but your ImageBuilder too, gets emailed to the prospective
employer. For a simple reason.
HR Manager
don’t want to see a plain text resume anymore !
An
ImageBuilder enables HR Manager to quickly figure out,
Ø
Your Core
Competence ( Profile Related Keywords
)
Ø
Your
Professional Standing( Percentile Score )
Ø
Your Salary
growth through your entire career.
It is up to
you to ensure that your ImageBuilder doest not become your ImageSpoiler !
With regards
Hemen Parekh
